Manual fundamentals & ratio worksheet

Use a single annual or trailing period and one currency. Enter full currency units and actual shares, not millions in some fields and units in others. Blank means unknown; zero is a reported zero. No data is uploaded.

Net margin = net income / revenue. P/E uses positive EPS; loss-making periods display N/A. Price/sales uses your entered price and shares. CFO minus capex is a simple cash measure and must not be pasted into an FCFF model without adjusting for financing, taxes, and reinvestment. Confirm consolidated values and accounting definitions in the original filing.

SCENARIOS, NOT PRICE TARGETS

Discounted cash flow calculator.

A transparent two-stage FCFF model. Inputs start as a hypothetical example. Enter normalized free cash flow to the firm, discount it at WACC, then bridge enterprise value to equity value.

All cash values and share counts above are in millions of the same units. Their ratio yields currency per share. No currency conversion is applied. Year-end discounting; constant forecast growth; terminal growth starts in year N+1. The model assumes sustainable reinvestment is already reflected in FCFF. It does not model dilution, changing capital structure, distress, or acquisition effects automatically. Negative normalized FCFF needs a more detailed model.

Formula & limits

FCFF = EBIT × (1 − tax rate) + depreciation − capital expenditure − change in non-cash working capital. Projected FCFF = base FCFF × (1 + growth)^year. Terminal value = final forecast FCFF × (1 + terminal growth) / (WACC − terminal growth). Discount each forecast cash flow and terminal value. Equity = enterprise value + non-operating cash − debt − other claims. Divide by diluted shares.

WACC must match the cash-flow currency and nominal/real basis. Terminal growth must be below WACC and economically sustainable. CFO minus capex alone is not automatically FCFF. Small assumption changes can dominate the answer; a model estimate is not a buy/sell signal.
